In my research I focus on methods for observational studies of medical treatments. I am specifically interested in methods to make better use of routinely collected health data.
Over the years, I have taught epidemiology to many students in the Netherlands and abroad, from undergradute to post-graduate level. I have contributed to introductory articles and videos for educational purposes.
